MEDIA HUBS
CIM UK has recently launched a number of new Media Hubs.
A long-established Hub in Bristol continues to meet 3-4 times a year, with average attendance running at 20-25 creatives.
A new Hub in Glasgow came on board in March with an initial gathering of 10 Scots working across the areas of film, TV, radio, drama and advertising. An additional Scottish Hub is being explored for Inverness called 'CIM Highlands and Islands'.
Potential Hubs on the horizon include Cardiff (Wales) plus Cambridge and Peterborough. We very much hope that CIM UK will have 6 Hubs up and running within the next 6-12 months.
These meet-ups are meant not only to serve as networking events but also to draw like-minded Christians together for inspiration, for those working and ministering across multiple media genres and outlets, both within faith-based or secular arenas.
